Pastor Jeff Pierce
Jeff has been with Summit Lake Community Church since 2007. He is a graduate of Clearwater Christian College and The Master’s Seminary, and is currently working toward a Doctor of Ministry in Counseling degree at Westminster Theological Seminary. He is a certified biblical counselor with The Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) and The Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC).
He and his wife, Jill, live in Tumwater. They have three daughters: Juliana, Jenna, and Jocelyn. In addition to studying, teaching and shepherding his local church, he enjoys running, playing sports, watching sports and traveling.
Pastor Don Brewer III
Don was raised in various places throughout the U.S. due to the military career of his father. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Evangel College and a Master of Divinity degree from The Master’s Seminary. He became co-pastor of Summit Lake Community Church in January 2007. In addition to pastoring at SLCC, He is also a chaplain with the Army National Guard.
Don and his wife, Ronni, have four children: Caleb, Luke, Regan, and Reece. They live in Olympia. In addition to their ministry activities, the Brewer’s enjoy hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, running, Gonzaga basketball, volleyball, and eating.
Worship Pastor David Carnahan
David Carnahan was born and raised in Washington State. David has over 13 years of musical training and experience, and he counts it a privilege to lead Summit Lake in the worship of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His desire is that through worship, believers would be stirred up in their affection for Christ and that, as a result, they would begin to make a deeper impact on the world around them with His glorious Gospel.
In addition to being the Worship Pastor at SLCC, he loves to spend time with his wife, Miceal, and their two daughters, Ellaina and Abigail. He and his family currently reside in Shelton, Washington. David enjoys playing music, socializing with friends and family, drinking coffee, the outdoors, and BBQ-ing.
